This is the cupcake that everyone should have for breakfast and tea and supper. Moist vanilla sponge, a dollop of lightly sweetened whipped cream and a dot of aromatic raspberry jam.

 

In the big breakfast version, we fill the cupcakes with raspberry jam and top it off with a raspberry.

 

Breakfast: $30 per box of 10 (without raspberries, min 2 boxes)

Big Breakfast: $35 per box of 10 (with raspberries, min 2 boxes)
