Minimum order
We bake everything from scratch so you usually need to order at least two boxes of regular cupcakes of the same flavour and meet the minimum order of $100 (excluding delivery charges). But if you want to mix and match, sign up for the mailing list to be posted about our private bake sales.

Lead time
Usually five working days (Monday to Friday), so that we have plenty of time to plan the baking schedule. Large orders (more than two boxes) will require eight working days of lead time.

Collection
We encourage you to pick up the cakes yourself from Crane Road, Joo Chiat.

Delivery
For orders below $150, there will be a delivery charge of $15 – $20. As a guide, the further it is from Katong, the more it'll cost. For example, delivery to Choa Chu Kang, Yishun, Jurong, Upper Bukit Timah will be $15. Delivery to one destination is free for orders above $150 (published prices only).

During the festive season (from December 10 to January 10), there will be a delivery charge of $15 for orders below $200.

Payment
Payment via internet banking transfer must be received for the order to be confirmed.
